§ 5.50.090. Permit—Renewal.

A.

Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter, which has not been suspended or revoked, may be renewed by the city council for a period not to exceed one year.

B.

Any application for renewal of a permit shall be filed ninety days prior to the expiration date of the current valid permit.

C.

The application for a renewal permit shall contain all of the information required for the original permit and shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
