§ 6.20.035. Service fees.

Animal control service fees for redemption of impounded animals, relinquishment, adoption, disposal, abatement, rescue, veterinary treatment or other services not specified in Section 6.04.040 of this title shall be that specified and determined by the animal control program. The amount charged shall be paid by the owner or person who has custody of animal(s) for which said services have been provided.
